Please review the following information needed for shipment of the 78/50 KC KA Key Control Combination Padlock. Any missing information will delay the processing of your order.
 

ORDERING INFORMATION:

The following information is required to register each key-control system for each installation to ensure there is no duplication: full company name, address, ZIP code, and telephone number of the school or ultimate user.
 

INDICATE SYSTEM:

Use the stamping on the control key and/or back of the Key Control Combination Padlock to specify which key-control system you are ordering. If you require a new system or a different one at the same installation, please check "new key-control system required" where indicated on order page. Choose number of control keys needed on separate ordering page. We reserve the right to contact the end user to verify information.
   

CHARTS AND KEYS:

For security purposes, we ship the Key Control Combination Padlock charts and control keys separately from the padlocks.

REPLACEMENT CHARTS AND KEYS:

Replacement charts are available at no charge. Additional control keys are available at $5.40 each. Please call for details.
