SHIPPING DETAILS:Although we do keep some items in stock in our warehouse, the majority is shipped directly from the manufacturer warehouses.
FOR ABUS BRAND PRODUCTS: In stock items will ship within 4 to 5 business days from date of order. Custom items require additional time, call for details. Expedited shipping is available, but the processing/production lead time still applies. When items are ready to ship, they will ship by your chosen method. You will be notified by email or phone if an item is backordered beyond the standard lead time.
FOR MASTERLOCK/AMERICAN LOCK BRAND PRODUCTS: Retail packaged items will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order. All other items are considered custom and will ship in 10-15 business days. Items can only be shipped FedEx Ground. Overnight shipping is available upon request, but the processing/production lead time still applies. You will be notified by email or phone if an item is backordered beyond the standard lead time.

CANADIAN ORDERS: Add approximately 2 weeks to the above guidelines. Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You will be emailed EFT information for a bank transfer. Credit cards are only accepted from the US and Canada. Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
HOURS OF OPERATIONS: 1st-in-Padlocks conducts business Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or listed holidays. Orders received on weekends or listed holidays will be processed the next business day.

PURCHASE ORDERS: 1st-in-Padlocks.com accepts all Educational/Government Institution Purchase Orders. We also accept corporate purchase orders from approved companies. First time customers must fax over their PO to (603) 889-9000. To apply for credit, please fax your standard credit references to the fax number on the bottom of the page.
OTHER PAYMENT TYPES: Orders can also be charged to your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or prepaid by check or money order. Your credit card will be charged by 1st-in-Padlocks.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders from outside the US or Canada must be pre-paid by electronic funds transfer in US funds. Please call or email for details.
To return an item, you must contact Customer Service at (603) 889-9887 or for prior approval and
obtain an RMA number.
30 day return policy on all non-defective stock padlocks. A 20% restocking
fee will be applied and shipping is non-refundable. Custom products are non-returnable.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturers
packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions,
